Bitch update

The bitch came to look for me today.

She came to me asking "Why is it the fees are charged this way, off the index value rather than the certificate value ...." and continued for another 30 seconds.

All the while she was speaking, I was nodding my head.

I attempted to explain to her...

But then she went on again.

And then I said, "You know, the way the fees were charged was not my decision, it was XX and XX" (the names of a few higher ups).

And guess what?



She said "Okie" and left! Just like that! Wow! Don't even need any explanations already!! My goodness. I know exactly how to handle that bitch already. :D
